For an account, data or product question, contact support. If Scout is unavailable, losing data or preventing time-critical work, use the dedicated service-incident subject. Include the time, affected page and a description, but never send passwords, access links or tokens.
Sell2Wales and eTendersNI are not active Scout sources; their documented coverage gaps are not service incidents. Current active sources are listed above. Northern Irish notices reach Scout where they are also published to the UK Central Digital Platform and surfaced by Find a Tender, which includes some below-threshold notices; how much eTendersNI publishes that never reaches Find a Tender is not something we can measure, and we do not claim complete Northern Ireland coverage.
