Scope

Public website

The public website explains Winston Intelligence and Winston Scout. Page copy is kept close to current product evidence, but it may change as the product and deployment change.

Scout accounts

You are responsible for the account details you provide, the people you add to an account, and the searches, tags, notes, follows and profile choices your account members create.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another account, disrupt the service, scrape in a way that harms availability, or use Scout to store unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Separate agreements

Enterprise, procurement, data-processing or security requirements may need separate written terms. Those agreed terms take priority where they differ from this public page.

Product terms

Scout organises public records and account workflow. It does not make source portals, bid decisions or commercial outcomes disappear from the user's responsibility.

Public procurement evidence

Scout works from public procurement sources. Source services remain the official evidence layer, and users should check the source record before making procurement or bid decisions.

Plans and billing

Scout Free is the current offer and is permanently free without a card. Creating or using a Scout Free account does not require payment details.

AI-generated summaries

Stored summaries are generated from Scout notice facts, labelled as AI content and shown only where they exist and the account is entitled to view them. They do not replace the source record.

Availability and change

Scout is an active product and may change. Source coverage, usage limits, feature availability and public-site pages may be updated as work ships.

Your responsibilities

Scout is built to make public-sector procurement work clearer and more repeatable. The user still owns the decision to bid, contact a buyer, export data or act on a notice.

  • Verify source notices, deadlines, buyer details and award information before relying on them.
  • Keep sign-in details secure and tell Winston Intelligence if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Use notes, tags and account workflow for lawful supplier work.
  • Respect any usage, seat, export and workspace limits.

Service limits

Winston Intelligence aims to keep copy aligned with product reality. Official procurement sources, alert delivery, generated summaries and usage limits depend on operational systems and may change. Scout itself remains permanently free.

No guaranteed outcomes

Scout does not guarantee bid eligibility, buyer response, contract award, complete source coverage, or that every source record is complete or error-free.

Contact for exceptions

If your organisation needs procurement terms, security review, data-processing terms or Enterprise commitments, contact Winston Intelligence before relying on this public page.
