eTendersNI is the Northern Irish opportunity and tendering portal. Find a Tender can carry connected Procurement Act notices, but it cannot reveal how much activity is published only inside the Northern Irish service.

Look for connected Procurement Act publication and retain the Central Digital Platform identifiers where the procurement requires them.

No portal name proves that every relevant opportunity is present.
- eTendersNI
- The Department of Finance portal advertises Northern Irish opportunities and provides the supplier workspace used to receive notifications and respond.
- Find a Tender
- Northern Irish Procurement Act notices can also appear on the Central Digital Platform, including some below-threshold activity.
- Supplier registration
- Registration is required to respond and receive notifications. The Department of Finance currently says an eTendersNI supplier needs a D‑U‑N‑S number; follow the current portal guidance.
- Pipelines and award records
- Department of Finance pipeline and contract information can support preparation, but do not replace the live opportunity and tender documents.

Create the accounts the notice requires
Register on eTendersNI and complete Central Digital Platform supplier information when the procurement asks for a PPON or share code.

Search opportunities and pipelines
Combine the work, buyer and delivery location; use eTendersNI notifications and official pipeline pages to distinguish live competitions from future activity.

Read the complete tender workspace
Check attachments, messages, clarifications and response instructions inside the authorised portal before qualification.

Keep both identifiers
Retain the eTendersNI competition reference and any Find a Tender notice ID or OCID so related publications are not mistaken for separate opportunities.
What Scout covers
Scout organises selected official records; it is not the official catalogue.
- Scout has no independent eTendersNI adapter. Northern Irish records in Scout arrive through Find a Tender.
- That Find a Tender route includes above-threshold and some below-threshold Northern Irish notices; it is not an above-threshold-only feed.
- Winston has found no lawful machine-readable eTendersNI feed it can ingest, and the amount published only on eTendersNI is unknown.
- Scout is not exhaustive for Northern Ireland. Search eTendersNI directly and verify the live documents and response route before acting.
